Island Soap & Candle Works
Island Soap & Candle Works is located on the beautiful island of Kauai. Their soap and candle factory established in 1984 is the only one of its kind in Hawaii. The business was established with the intention of re-creating the ancient art of soap making. They now manufacture a full line of natural Hawaiian Island Botanical Products, beeswax candles and other gift items. Their products are all made on Kauai and are found in sundry and fine gift shops throughout Hawaii, and now on the mainland at KUBO!
Island Soap & Candle Works crafts both a traditional South Pacific soap using pure coconut oil
and a line of specialty soaps, adding coconut oil, olive, palm, macadamia and kukui nut oils combined with herbs and essential oils. All their soaps are made entirely with vegetable oils. Unlike most of the machine made soap on store shelves today, the glycerin which is naturally produced with saponification is left in our soap, making it more beneficial to the skin.
They now manufacture in addition to their natural handmade soaps, a full line of tropical lotions, body washes, aromatic oils, beeswax candles, lip balms, surfer's salve and other gift items. Their products are all made on Kauai and can be custom ordered to meet your personal or gift specifications.

Handmade pillar and votive beeswax blend candles will fill your home with the tropical feelings and fragrances of the Hawaiian Islands.
The locally harvested Hawaiian beeswax blend makes for a long-burning candle and will bring many hours of natural glowing warmth to your environment while adding a summery, honeycomb scent to the tropical fragrance.
Handmade Hawaiian Gourmet Soap
Handmade gourmet soap is made with kukui nut, macadamia nut, olive, coconut and palm oils. These oils are combined with essential oils, herbs, spices, natural colors and fragrances to create a truly unique and moisturizing bar of soap. The gourmet soaps are offered in 8 fragrances which come in a variety of striking color combinations.
